Last Saturday, May 28th, as part of the 2016 Banhos Velhos cultural program, the auditorium of the thermal baths building was packed for the first musical event of the current cultural season.

It was about two hours of music, where the two bands from Guimarães presented songs from their most recent works. The day before, on Friday, May 27th, a special broadcast of the program "Português Suave" took place on Rádio Universitária do Minho, promoted by Banhos Velhos, where the current musical and artistic scene in Guimarães was discussed and debated, with the presence of several musicians, agents and cultural programmers.

The cultural agenda continues next weekend, Saturday, June 4th, with an evening of fado music by the fado group "Da Vila," which brings together several musicians from the municipality of Guimarães to play the greatest classics of this genre. Admission to this show is free.
