The campsite is bordered by the tree-lined Alameda Rosas Guimarães, the banks of the Ave River, the green area of ​​the Taipas Leisure Park, and the bridge. It has a total area of ​​15,000m2, with 52 pitches and capacity for 234 campers.

This campsite offers seasonal options as it is open during the traditionally warmer months of June to September.

Opening and closing dates are determined and announced annually, so prior consultation is advised.

Campers will also be able to enjoy special discounts on entry to the Taipas Termal Summer Swimming Pool Complex during the periods when it is open.

Within a short walk, you can also access the Ave Ecovia, which runs along the banks of the Ave River, or enjoy the renovated center of Vila das Taipas, where, in addition to visiting the museum building of the "Banhos Velhos" thermal spa, you can also access the Thermal Resort with a 15% discount on access to Thermal SPA experiences (not cumulative with other promotions in effect).

You can also enjoy the cultural program at Banhos Velhos - Taipas Termal, with free access to exhibitions, gatherings, and musical performances.
