Taipas Turitermas is a Cooperative Board, based in the town of Caldas das Taipas, in the municipality of Guimarães, founded on December 10, 1985. It is responsible for capturing and exploiting natural mineral water, as well as for managing the Taipas Thermal Spa.

The Cooperative also owns and manages a Health Clinic with several medical specialties such as: Physiatry/Physiotherapy, Orthopedics and Assessment of Bodily Injury, Podiatry, Nutrition, Hydrology, General and Family Medicine, Otorhinolaryngology and services such as hydrotherapy in a thermal water pool, swimming for children, clinical Pilates and clinical analyses. It is also responsible for the Banhos Velhos (an old thermal bathhouse transformed into a Cultural Museum with free initiatives from May to September), the summer swimming pool complex, the leisure park of the town of Caldas das Taipas and the management of the Campsite. It also has two tennis courts, leased to the "Clube de Ténis das Taipas" Association.
