The IP Cultural Heritage is once again promoting the International Day for Monuments and Sites 2024 on April 18th, framed within the theme: Catastrophes and Conflicts in the Light of the Venice Charter.
Following their recent participation in other editions of this initiative, and given this year's theme, the Taipas Turitermas Cooperative, the Caldelas Parish Council, the Caldas das Taipas Secondary School, and the Taipas School Group are jointly promoting a Guided Tour of the Taipas Thermal Heritage on April 12, 18, and 19.
This guided tour, led by Dr. António José de Oliveira, is intended for 4th-grade students from the Pinheiral Basic School (Taipas School Group) and the 11th-grade classes LH1 and SE2 from the Caldas das Taipas Secondary School.
