Mental Health Conferences

From April 26th to 30th, the first 𝑱𝒐𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒅𝒂𝒔 𝒅𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒅𝒂𝒔 𝒂̀ 𝑺𝒂𝒖́𝒅𝒆 𝑴𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍 will take place in Caldas das Taipas, with more than 20 associated initiatives, and where Taipas Termal is proud to be one of the main partners.

With the aim of raising citizens' awareness of the relevance of mental health issues today, as well as combating existing prejudice surrounding them. Thematically, these events are geared towards the local and school community.

On the morning of April 29th, the following initiatives will take place at the Taipas Termal Sports Complex, with the support of Taipas Termal:

Free yoga class open to the public from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM;

𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗶𝘀, promoted by students of the Thermalism course at the Caldas das Taipas Secondary School;

Health screenings, promoted by the Taipas Termal Nursing Center, measuring blood pressure and capillary glucose.
