NOTICE 01/2025: Recruitment Grant for Senior Physiotherapy Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technicians
Taipas Turitermas intends to create a Recruitment Pool for Senior Diagnostic and Therapeutic Physiotherapy Technicians. Successful candidates will be placed on a reserve list and may be hired under an indefinite-term or fixed-term individual employment contract.
1. Job Description and Contractual Conditions
The weekly workload is 40 hours per week, and the remuneration stipulated in the Internal Regulations corresponds to the first pay grade for Senior Technicians, amounting to €1,117.63.
2. Profile: mandatory requirements include:
a) Holder of a professional card issued by the Order of Physiotherapists;
b) Degree in Physiotherapy;
c) Curriculum Vitae prepared in the European format, dated and signed in Portuguese;
d) Academic qualification certificate with the final course grade;
(e) All supporting documents for the facts mentioned in the Curriculum Vitae;
4. Description of the nature of the functions
Their main duties and fundamental responsibilities, which are not limited to those listed below, are:
· To implement the policies in their area of responsibility, as well as to ensure the achievement of the defined objectives and the optimization of resources;
· Establish methodologies, in conjunction with hierarchical superiors, in order to manage and execute their activities, in a context of reinforcement and cohesion, culture and alignment with the mission, vision and values of the Organization;
· To contribute to the continuous improvement of the services provided;
· To contribute to the optimization and enhancement of resources, the organization's reputation, and the complete satisfaction of its clients.
· Communicate to your supervisor any and all relevant information regarding aspects that may influence the quality of service and customer satisfaction;
· Comply with all safety regulations and ensure customer safety;
· To ensure the complete confidentiality of all data and information they access;
· To treat and/or prevent musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, and neurological disorders, also working in the field of mental health, following the program defined in consultation with the Physiatrist;
· To support, within the context of the therapeutic plan defined in consultation with the Physiatrist, specific intervention programs and intervention techniques for postural and movement re-education, manipulative therapies, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy;
· Establish goals and objectives to be achieved in conjunction with the Technical Coordinator;
· To ensure the operational functionality of the Physiotherapy services: electrotherapy, gym, and swimming pool;
· To ensure the quality of the facilities as well as the treatments provided to clients;
· Performing cleaning and sanitizing of the space and equipment;
· Monitoring/following up on treatments performed by Physiotherapy Assistants;
· Inform the Technical Coordinator about any problems that occur.
