Accounting – Professional Internship
Taipas Termal is growing and is currently recruiting a person with a degree in Accounting for a 9-month professional internship with the possibility of joining the team - reference 03_2024.

The mission:
The intern is expected to have knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, payroll, recruitment and selection, and familiarity with accounting and human resources software. The intern must also be able to analyze financial and human resources data for decision-making. They should be able to effectively communicate financial and human resources information to other stakeholders. They should possess the ability to foster a positive work environment, focusing on conflict resolution. Another important point will be adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality in the handling of financial and human resources information.
Thus, the professional internship will fulfill this function, providing the intern with an opportunity for rapid assimilation and timely integration into the work context that they may eventually encounter at the institution promoting the internship. The aim is for the intern to master the autonomous execution of all procedures in the accounting and human resources areas.
