NOTICE 01/2026: Recruitment Pool for Senior Technicians - Physiotherapy
Taipas Turitermas intends to create a Recruitment Pool for Senior Technicians for the Physiotherapist career. Admitted candidates will be included in a recruitment reserve and may establish an employment contract for an uncertain and/or fixed term.
1. Role Framework and Contractual Conditions
The weekly workload is 40 hours, and the remuneration specified in the Internal Regulations corresponds to the first salary position for Senior Technicians, amounting to €1,217.63.
2. Profile: mandatory requirements include:
a) Professional license issued by the Order of Physiotherapists;
b) Degree in Physiotherapy;
c) Curriculum Vitae prepared in the European format, dated and signed in Portuguese;
d) Academic qualification certificate with the final course grade;
e) All supporting documents for facts mentioned in the Curriculum Vitae;
4. Description of the nature of duties
Your main duties and fundamental responsibilities, not limited to those listed below, are:
· Implement policies in your area of responsibility and ensure the achievement of defined objectives and the optimization of resources;
· Establish methodologies, together with your hierarchical superior, to manage and execute your activities, in a context of reinforcement and cohesion, culture, and alignment with the Organization's mission, vision, and values;
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of the services provided;
· Contribute to the optimization and enhancement of resources and to the Organization's notoriety and full customer satisfaction;
· Communicate to your Hierarchical Superior all and any relevant information about aspects that may influence the quality of service and customer satisfaction;
· Comply with all safety rules and ensure customer safety;
· Ensure the total confidentiality of all data and information accessed;
· Treat and/or prevent musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, and neurological disorders, also acting in the field of mental health, following the program defined in consultation by the Physiatrist;
· Support, contextualized within the therapeutic plan defined in consultation by the Physiatrist, specific intervention programs and techniques for posture and movement re-education, manipulative therapies, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy;
· Establish goals and objectives to be achieved in conjunction with the Technical Coordinator;
· Ensure the operationality of Physiotherapy: electrotherapy, gym, and pool;
· Ensure the quality of the facilities and the treatments provided to clients;
· Perform cleaning and sanitization of the space and equipment;
· Monitor/follow up on treatments performed by Physiotherapy Assistants;
· Inform the Technical Coordinator about any problems that arise.
