Childbirth preparation sessions are held in an aquatic environment, providing a unique experience with numerous benefits for pregnant women, regardless of the type of delivery planned.

The sessions are facilitated by a Specialist Nurse in Maternal and Obstetric Health (EEESMO).

You can enjoy this experience in a relaxing and safe environment starting from the 30th week of pregnancy.

Lesson Details:

- Breath awareness;

- Pelvic Mobility;

Perineal Awareness;

Mother/father/baby connection;

Duration: 45 to 60 minutes.

Normal price: 160.00 (40.00/session)

Special Opening Package: The complete program includes 4 sessions (1 session included).
