Taipas Termal and the Taipas-born high-performance athlete Filipe Silva signed a cooperation agreement on April 1st.
Filipe Silva, a high-performance athlete in the sport of Jiu-Jitsu, regularly participates in National, European, and World championships in this discipline. He is the 2016 European Jiu-Jitsu Champion, a title he achieved in a competition held at the Odivelas multi-purpose pavilion, which was attended by more than 3,500 athletes from all over Europe.
This is yet another partnership that aligns with Taipas Termal's new strategic positioning, which relies on a multidisciplinary team dedicated to various groups, from degenerative pathologies and sports traumatology to optimizing the performance of high-performance athletes.
“This protocol is a way not only to showcase the Thermal Cooperative, all the goods and services it provides to the community, but also to make available to a high-performance athlete from Taipas a multidisciplinary team and equipment comparable only to the best centers in the area in Europe,” highlighted the president of the board of directors of Taipas Termal, Ricardo Costa.
