Taipas Termal and the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave (IPCA) signed a protocol on the 27th aimed at granting more advantageous conditions in the provision of services and supply of goods to students, former students, teaching and non-teaching staff of that educational institution, which now has an important training center in Avepark, in Caldas das Taipas.
This partnership aligns with Taipas Termal's new strategic positioning, through a broad outreach to the community.
“This protocol is a way not only to showcase the Thermal Cooperative, all the goods and services it provides to the community, but also to offer the entire IPCA community moments of relaxation and well-being through an endogenous resource, such as thermal water,” highlighted the president of the board of directors of Taipas Termal, Ricardo Costa.
The signing of this protocol is a letter of welcome to the entire IPCA community, not only to the Thermal Cooperative but also to the village of Taipas.
It is worth remembering that IPCA recently established a center in the municipality, more precisely at Avepark – Science and Technology Park – under an agreement with the Guimarães City Hall, where it offers Higher Professional Technical Courses (TeSP), postgraduate courses, seminars and conferences, short courses and training programs.
