As part of Guimarães – European Green Capital 2026, the City Council installed an identification plaque for the Green Map next to Taipas Turitermas, marking this area as one of the points that enhance the natural heritage and sustainable resources of the municipality.
This recognition is part of a network of places that invite you to discover, preserve, and experience the nature of Guimarães, highlighting Caldas das Taipas as a destination where thermalism, the Ave River, and green areas create a unique environment for health, leisure, and quality of life.
