Taipas Turitermas maintains certification for its quality management system.

Taipas Termal underwent its first follow-up audit under the NP EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, maintaining the certification achieved in 2016 for its Quality Management System, where no non-conformities were identified.

The audit team highlighted Taipas Termal's strengths, including the leadership and commitment of senior management in general, as well as the availability and interest of the Chairman of the Board, Ricardo Costa, in particular. They also emphasized the technical skills and involvement of Taipas Termal's employees, as well as the creation of jobs.

Social responsibility, demonstrated through support for various institutions in Vila das Taipas, and the growth in revenue in 2016, prove that Taipas Termal is committed to defining and fulfilling its strategic objectives, as well as continuously improving all its procedures.

The management, clinical staff, and all employees of Taipas Turitermas remain committed to maintaining certification in the provision of healthcare, namely Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Balneotherapy, Respiratory Tract Treatments, Specialist Medical Consultations, and Wellness Programs. This also includes the production of cosmetics based on thermal water and the marketing of products under the Taipas Termal brand.
