Starting in April, at Taipas Termal, you can take advantage of a new offering: the Mindfulness Program, which promotes group therapy sessions where essential principles for a mindful and self-compassionate mind are taught.
For this purpose, weekly introductory group meditation practices will be implemented, lasting from 15 to 45 minutes, and materials will be provided so that you can replicate them in your daily life.
Each session will last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours, focusing on the here and now.
Objectives: To reduce/counteract rumination about one's own limitations; To reduce the impact of excessive worry in our lives; To foster focus on the present; To promote self-knowledge, connecting us to our inner self; To help regulate sleep and reduce insomnia problems; To improve attention span and concentration; To develop creativity.
