Workshop (I'm Going to) Be a Mother!

The Taipas Thermal Therapy and Mental Health Unit will be holding a workshop for expectant mothers on April 29th at 9:30 AM. This workshop, led by psychologists Ana Rita Pereira and Ana Isabel Dias, will aim to:

Guided sharing of feelings, ideas, opinions, and experiences;

Guided discussion of topics;

Promoting face-to-face social interactions, self-esteem, self-confidence, and emotional stability;

Development of intercommunication and positive supportive relationships;

Relaxation techniques.
