The second event on the 2022 cultural agenda will take place next Wednesday, June 8th, at 9:30 PM, in Largo das Termas, Caldas das Taipas, with a discussion about the 10th anniversary of Guimarães – European Capital of Culture 2012.
This discussion will focus on the decade of this important event for the city and region of Guimarães, and will be moderated by FreePass Guimarães. The panel of speakers will include:
– Paulo Lopes Silva, Councillor for Culture of Guimarães;
– Rui Torrinha, artistic and performing arts director of the Vila Flor Cultural Center;
– Rodrigo Areias, Portuguese filmmaker.
The second gathering of the season takes place after nearly a hundred people attended the opening of the cultural program last weekend, an initiative aimed at honoring Dr. Augusto Dias de Castro.
The discussion about the 10th anniversary of CEC 2012 will take place at 9:30 pm in Largo das Termas and participation is free.
