From Lebanon to Guimarães, music returns to the cultural agenda of Banhos Velhos, with two shows scheduled for the Taipas Termal Sports Complex. Paraguaii, from Guimarães, and Postcards from Lebanon will bring the best of alternative dance music and indie pop to the thermal museum's program.
Paraguaii, a band from Guimarães, released their 5th original album in 2021. 'Propeller' opened the doors to the dance floor, in what was one of the most remarkable national works of last year.
Postcads, a group originating in Lebanon, are a dream pop/indie rock band from Beirut, formed by Julia Sabra, Marwan Tohme, and Pascal Semerdjian. They have toured Europe, the UK, and the Middle East, having opened for acts such as Beirut and Angus and Julia Stone. Since May, they have been on a European tour, which includes the performance at Banhos Velhos, one of two locations in Portugal.
The shows will take place at the Taipas Termal Sports Complex, located in the Caldas das Taipas Leisure Park, at 10 PM, and admission is free.
