Taipas Termal has opened its doors to a new Nursing Center within its Medical Health Clinic. From Monday to Friday, the Nursing Center offers a new perspective on convenience, through its attentive service to users and modern treatments adapted to current needs.
Within the institution's facilities, it is now possible to carry out a wide variety of treatments, such as:
- Administering injectable medications, removing sutures or staples, and performing wound dressings;
- Performing an electrocardiogram;
- Wound treatment (from simple wounds to ulcers, etc.);
- Analysis and interpretation of clinical test results;
- Applying eye drops;
- Assessment, monitoring and surveillance of values (abdominal circumference, body weight, capillary blood glucose);
- Nasogastric Intubation;
- Monitoring vital signs (assessing pulse, temperature, blood pressure, etc.);
- Catheterization;
- Weekly medication preparation;
- Conducting nursing training;
- Vaccine administration.
Treatments are carried out by prior appointment, which can be made in person at our facilities or by telephone at 253 577 898.
