In accordance with the current Statutes of Taipas Turitermas, a Public Interest Limited Liability Cooperative, CIPRL , the members are hereby summoned to an ordinary General Assembly meeting, to be held on March 15, 2023 , starting at 6:00 PM , in the Common Room of the Caldas das Taipas Campsite, located on Alameda Rosas Guimarães, in the parish of Caldelas, with the following agenda:
Item One – Reading and approval of the minutes of the sessions of November 9, 2022 and December 22, 2022;
Point Two – Review, discussion and deliberation on the Activity and Management Report, the Financial Statements for the 2022 fiscal year and the respective opinions of the Statutory Auditor and the Supervisory Board of the Cooperative;
Item Three - Review, discussion and deliberation on the Board's proposal for the application of the 2022 fiscal year results;
Point Four – Other matters of interest to the Cooperative;
Item Five - Approval of the Minutes in draft form pursuant to paragraphs 4 and 6 of article 34 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
Note: The documents under review will be available for consultation by Cooperative members at the Cooperative's headquarters, in Largo das Termas, during business hours, starting on March 13, 2023.
