Dr. Isabel Dias holds a degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from the Lusíada University of Porto, with pre-specialization in clinical practice. She is a full member of the Portuguese Order of Psychologists and has 15 years of experience in clinical practice, working with various age groups, as well as in group therapy in its various forms.
Areas of intervention of Family Therapy:
Family conflicts (relational, generational); Problems/difficulties in communication; Changes in family dynamics; Parenting difficulties; Illness of one of the family members; Situations of loss or grief; Challenges of blended families; Mediation in separation/divorce cases. Availability for appointments on Saturday afternoons and/or by appointment.
