Raquel Vale , Speech-Language Pathologist licensed by the Fernando Pessoa University, with professional license number C-0272244180. She holds a Master's degree specializing in Neuroscience from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She is currently enrolled in the 3rd Cycle Doctoral Program in Human Language Technologies at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Porto.
She has professional experience, in a private setting, in different areas of speech-language pathology intervention (communication; language in children, adults and the elderly; speech; voice and dysphagia). She is a Speech-Language Pathologist for the Ministry of Education, supporting deaf students in Continuing Care Units and Cooperatives for the Education and Rehabilitation of Citizens with Disabilities.
He is also a Founding Member of the iGesto Association – research on gesture.
She has participated in national and international conferences. She is a member of the Brazilian Speech Therapy Society.
