The main shareholder of Taipas Turitermas, CIPRL, ​​with approximately 94% of the share capital, is the Guimarães City Council, the institution that led the process of creating the Cooperative. However, in the shareholder structure of this legal entity, we can also find other important institutions – ENATUR, Caldelas Parish Council, Taipense Recreational Activities Center, Taipas Hunters Club, CNE Group No. 666 of Caldas das Taipas – which represent approximately 0.94%, with the remainder of the share capital belonging to various private individuals.
