Last Saturday, the 17th, singer and songwriter B Fachada closed the 2016 cultural program at Banhos Velhos.
There were more than 25 initiatives including film screenings, workshops, children's workshops, music, theater, lectures, presentations, exhibitions, and courses that filled these 6 months of cultural events at Banhos Velhos, in its sixth consecutive year of regular and effective programming.
The Taipas Terma Reading Club, a result of the Portuguese literature courses that took place during the cultural program, will continue to hold sessions throughout the year.
The doors are closing, however, with the certainty that they will reopen next year with the same purpose: to bring culture to the village of Caldas das Taipas and make it accessible to all.
